About The Founders

Grace McGrath, M.A. (they/them) is a graduate of the University at Albany from the class of 2020 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with concentrations in management and marketing.  They also received their Master of Arts degree in Forensic and Legal Psychology at Marymount University in 2024.  In undergrad, Grace held a variety of internships at the University at Albany Center for Leadership and Service, the University at Albany Office of Sustainability, the United States Senate, and the UAlbany Office of Career and Professional Development as highlights.  They were also actively involved in student organizations and held leadership roles in UAlbany UNA-USA and WoMen Excelling in Business.  After graduation, Grace became an AmeriCorps VISTA for the Office of the Commissioner of Higher Education, working on college student mental health.  During their service term, they served as a Council Member for the City of Helena.  Now, they work as a Victim Assistance Specialist.  In their downtime, Grace does freelance work, writes short stories and poetry, and produces a podcast.

Kyra Kronberg (she/her) is a graduate of St. Norbert College from the class of 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies. After graduating, Kyra joined the AmeriCorps VISTA program at the Office of the Commissioner of Higher Education to create a College Access and Success Narrative Project.  Once her service term finished, she joined Montana GEAR UP as a Communications and Operations Manager.  Now, she is your friendly neighborhood admission counselor for St. Norbert College.  In her downtime, Kyra loves music, photography and art.
