Testimonials
Grace and Kyra from Bloom Neurodiversity provided an expansive training on neurodiversity in the workplace and strategies to support staff and partners. As part of our justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI) work, this training provided a new an important lens into how we can be a more inclusive workplace for people who experience neurodiversity. The training was informative and interactive—we would recommend it for any organization. We look forward to opportunities to engage Bloom Neurodiversity in the future!

Our team found Grace and Kyra's neurodiversity workshop to be incredibly valuable to our work. They helped us to understand the landscape of neurodiversity and gave us specific suggestions to consider as we design and implement programming. We learned a lot from them and look forward to incorporating what we learned to make our programs and events more inclusive! We highly recommend Bloom to other organizations interested in considering neurodiversity in their DEI efforts.

Grace of Bloom Neurodiversity's presentation, entitled What You Need to Know About Neurodivergence, was an overview of teaching strategies designed to assist faculty members in better adjusting their courses to accommodate the needs of their neurodivergent students. The presentation was well-prepared and engaging. Grace shares her experiences and challenges in a candid manner that is both authentic and instructive. She provides many examples of strategies that a faculty member can include in a course to best address the needs of all their students, especially those who are neurodivergent. The presentation gave faculty members tangible approaches to help them recognize and support the needs of their students and to make their courses more accessible to all students.
I am especially thankful for Grace’s generosity in coming forward to volunteer to present at our Institute, but I am particularly grateful for her honesty and courage in discussing her own challenges and successes. I know that the faculty appreciated her session, and I look forward to Grace of Bloom Neurodiversity presenting in the future. I would highly recommend Grace McGrath of Bloom as a presenter or consultant and would be happy to discuss her work with you at any time.

Grace and Kyra from Bloom provided us with clear explanations and examples of Neurodiversity from the perspective of the Neurodiverse student. Such information is invaluable for institutions working to provide their Neurodiverse students with an inclusive academic environment. I highly recommend engaging Grace and Krya for institutions looking to learn more about Neurodiversity on college campuses.

Grace, on behalf of Bloom Neurodiversity, has been a joy to work with. Grace presented on Disability, Ableism, and Ageism to my Multicultural Counseling course. Throughout the process, Grace was approachable, kind, professional, courteous, flexible, and wise. I requested that Grace incorporate/maneuver certain ways with my class to help engage them — Grace went above and beyond with facilitating questions on critical examinations of intersecting identities, society, and community. I sincerely look forward to continued relationships with Grace and Bloom Neurodiversity.
